Mark Manuel

Mark Manuel is CEO of Kilburn Live. Under Mark’s leadership, Kilburn Live has grown into one of the world’s leading live events companies. Kilburn specializes in bringing the world’s biggest entertainment IP to life through ground-breaking live events and experiences. With operations in 10 global locations, Kilburn Live successfully tours its live events in over 50 countries worldwide.

Previously, Mark was the Executive Vice President of Structured Finance and Corporate Strategy for Lionsgate Entertainment. Mark has extensive studio-based corporate development and operations experience. He has partnered with select family offices, high net worth individuals, institutional investors, and foreign investors and governments in their desire to invest in the entertainment industry. He has been recognized as one of the industry’s top corporate strategy executives.

Prior to Lionsgate, Mark was an executive with Paramount Pictures’ International Television Group. Before joining the entertainment industry, Mark worked in the investment banking and consulting industries, covering the media and entertainment industry.

John Goff

John Goff is the Founder and Managing Principal of Goff Capital Partners where he focuses mainly on strategy. With a background in accounting, finance, and real estate, John has experience in all forms of investment, including public and private securities in various industries. He co-founded Crescent Real Estate in the early 1990s and led it to its IPO in 1994. As its CEO, he grew it into a multi-billion dollar company, which was acquired by Morgan Stanley in 2007. In 2009, John teamed up with Barclays Capital to reacquire Crescent.

John graduated from the University of Texas where he recently made his single largest donation to their School of Business. When he’s not in Texas, he can be found skiing in Colorado.

Ted O’Neal

Ted O’Neal is a founding partner of Kilburn Media and has helped foster its phenomenal growth. He is active in the production and finance of live events, feature films, partnerships, and company strategy.
Ted utilizes his experience and strategic, legal, and financial expertise in capital and structured transactions to build long-term partnerships between Kilburn and private equity groups, family offices, and key partners around the world. He serves and has served as an officer and on the boards of various funds and operating companies, and in various executive and strategic positions for private equity and family office ownership groups, and has founded or co-founded a variety of successful ventures.

Ted graduated from Princeton University with honors where he played golf and volleyball and was an Ivy League Champion and holds his law degree with honors from SMU where he was a published member of the law review.

Travis Goff

Travis Goff is President of Goff Capital, a Fort Worth, Texas-based family office. Goff Capital is the family office of John Goff which directly invests in public securities as well as private equity in a variety of sectors. The firm also manages Crescent Real Estate Holdings, a real estate private equity firm. Travis manages all existing and potential private and public investments for Goff Capital.

Travis is a graduate of the University of Texas at Austin and began his career in the real estate group at Morgan Stanley in New York working in both the investment banking and principal investing platforms. He currently serves as a Board Member of several companies in the technology, manufacturing, and esports industries.

Jon Sanford

Jonathan Sanford is COO of Kilburn Live, and has worked in the entertainment industry for the past 20 years. His diverse theatrical, production and experiential skill set has been developed over years of practical experience in the industry which has in turn allowed him to create and oversee an agile and dynamic team. Jonathan has managed, booked, built and produced shows in some of the most iconic venues around the world, including the Sydney Opera House, Chicago’s Navy Pier, the Event Deck at LA Live and Broadway’s Marriott Marquis theatre, to name a few. His producing credits include: The Illusionists , The Ice Kingdom, Nerf Challenge, The Dr. Seuss Experience, The NightGarden, Grinch’s Grotto, The Unbelievables, Circus 1903, Cirque Paris, The Naked Magicians, The Clairvoyants, Luminasia, Cirque Shanghai, Le Noir, and Adrenaline.

CFO

Maryann Milligan

Maryann Milligan is an accomplished senior finance professional bringing over twenty years of experience to Kilburn, most of those years spent in the entertainment industry. Maryann was Chief Financial Officer at Maple Pictures for 7 years prior to the sale of the company to Alliance Films. During her years at Maple, she worked closely with the executive team in the coordination and planning of strategic initiatives and providing financial leadership.

Prior to Maple Pictures, Maryann was VP Corporate Reporting at Lionsgate Entertainment where she was part of the team that prepared consolidated financial statements and public company financial statement disclosure. Maryann was also the Chief Financial Officer at VerticalScope, an integrated multi-platform media company prior to the sale of the company to Torstar Corp.

Maryann holds a Bachelor of Mathematics, Chartered Accountancy Degree from the University of Waterloo in Canada and has her Canadian CPA, CA.

Marleine Pacilio

Marleine Pacilio is Senior Vice President, Marketing and Publicity for Kilburn Live, overseeing all marketing and communications efforts for the Kilburn Live brand and its ground-breaking live experiences. Based in Los Angeles, she joined Kilburn after leading award-winning communications teams and integrated marketing strategy for several notable global brands, including Twentieth Century Fox, Revlon, The Walt Disney Company, and Warner Bros. Entertainment.

Marleine graduated Syracuse University with a degree in Film and Communications, which built the foundation for her 20+ successful years in brand storytelling. A self-described digital addict, she has also maintained several design, beauty and creative blogs over the last decade.

Angie Richison

As VP of Revenue, Angie is identifying and working with all areas of the business to streamline revenue generating opportunities through the ticketing, merchandise, sponsorship, and business partnerships. Coming from 20+ years in the entertainment industry, Angie brings to Kilburn Live a wealth of business experience across all sizes of events and partnership, along with a focus and appreciation for creating memorable experiences for families experiencing life together and having fun at Kilburn Live events.

Aaron Metelko

Aaron is a business minded, entrepreneurial spirited individual with 20 years of B2B experience. At Kilburn Live, Aaron is responsible for all client facing business development functions including venue routing, strategic partnerships, contract executions, group sales and corporate buyouts across a variety of projects. Previously, Aaron founded Hoosier Shred, LLC in 2007 and led its phenomenal growth into Indiana’s largest independently owned Document Destruction company until it was acquired in 2014. Aaron graduated from Indiana University and holds a Bachelor of Science in Business with a Marketing emphasis. He lives in Indianapolis with his family. He spends his weekends bouncing between soccer games and gymnastics meets, enjoys hiking, camping and concerts.
